Chocolate-Covered cookie dough balls

These bite-sized treats are easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth! Here's how to make them:

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of edible cookie dough (yields approximately 7 balls)

  • Chocolate of your choice (milk, dark, or white)

  • Optional: Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions:

  1. Bring Cookie Dough to room Temperature
For easy handling, let your jar of cookie dough sit out until it reaches room temperature. (Tip: Letting it sit overnight works well!)

  2. Melt the Chocolate
Melt your favorite chocolate using a double boiler to keep it smooth and warm while you work. This method helps maintain a good dipping consistency.

  3. Form the Dough Balls
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball using your hands.

  4. Dip in Chocolate
Using two spoons, gently dip each cookie dough ball into the melted chocolate, making sure it’s fully coated.

  5. Decorate
Place the chocolate-covered balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Add sprinkles on top if desired.

  6. Chill
Refrigerate the tray until the chocolate hardens—about 30 minutes to an hour.

Enjoy your homemade chocolate-covered cookie dough bites straight from the fridge or at room temp!
